Busselton Jetty

Busselton is about 2.5 hrs drive from Perth. The 1.8 km Busselton Jetty extends out to the sea. It is a must see for any visitor to the Capes Region. You can either take the train ride along the 1.8 km jetty or take a stoll out over the ocean. You'll love the calm waters and the quiet clean beaches. Enjoy a coffee and take in the view.

Hamelin Bay

This is a serene open sandy bay famous for the abundance of stingrays. Visitors can see them close up in their natural habitat. It's a moving experience to see them come to meet people in the shallow water.

Denmark/Walpole

Elephant Rocks is a pristine and peaceful beach about 15 km west from Denmark. It is about a few hundred metres from Greens Pool. It’s only a short walk from the carpark to a lookout over Elephant Rocks. You can imagine these boulders are elephants sunning themselves before heading off for a swim. There’s a sheltered cove nearby which is a lovely place for a swim. Greens Pool is famous for its turquoise green waters and pristine white sandy beach. Large granite boulders surround the pool, protect it from the might of the Southern Ocean. It is a delightful place to visit. Experience walking over the top of the VOG Tree Top Walk and then gradually descend for the Ancient Empires Walk.

Margaret River

Apart from pristine beautiful coastal beach, the Margaret River region is home to over 100 caves nestled in the spine of the Leeuwin-Naturaliste Region. Some of the most popular caves are Jewel Cave, Lake Cave, Mammoth Cave and Ngilgi Cave. Entering Jewel Cave is like finding yourself inside a natural cathedral. The Lake Cave features a crystal wonderland. These caves have been formed over the last 1 million years by the constant movement of water through limestone. The rivermouth viewpoint has a spectacular view of the beautiful beach meets the river.  A great place to spend time with family and friends, and the river is safe for the young kids to play in the water and the riverside.

Dunsborough

Located on Geographe Bay, Dunsborough has white sandy beaches and sparkling calm clear water. It's a great place to swim, dive, snorkel or take out a kayak. There are cycleways along the beaches. The charming little town is famous for its bakery, a seriously good coffee and a spot of shopping. Another very popular attraction in Dunsborough is the Leeuwin-Naturaliste Lighthouse.

Yallingup

This little town is one of Perth’s favourite holiday places. We always enjoy our visit to the Cape Lavender Tea House for its Lavender flavoured ice-cream and beautiful front garden for photos.

There is a secluded cove forming the natural spa along the Southwest coastline region, hence its name the Injidup Natural Spa. To get to the beautiful secluded cove of the natural spa, you have to walk through the rugged rocks. The scenery is beautiful. Take a refreshing dip into the water. Visit canal rock and walk across the narrow bridge that takes you to the other side of the canal. Marvel at the natural formation of the canal hollows out by the force of the sea waves. Note: Not suitable for infants and wheelbound visitors as there is no stroller or wheelchair access.

Albany

This is a beautiful coastal town with a lot of history. You’ll learn about the Aboriginal traditional owners and the European settlement. Walk the Mount Clarence Heritage Trail and out to the lookouts to get the best views found in Albany. Explore the Princess Royal Fortress and visit National Anzac Centre to experience the past during World War II.

You will see stunning beaches including Middleton Beach and Little Beach. The town itself is full of charm with all sorts of surprises for the visitor. It is relaxing because the pace of life is slow and easy. The most popular attractions in Albany are the Gap and Natural Bridge lookouts. Watching the crashing waves against the cliffs is mesmerising and it provides a magnificent background for taking photos.

Esperance

Esperance has white sandy beaches and vibrant blue crystal clear water. It is the perfect place for fishing, beach walks, hiking, bike riding and sandboarding. You can meet the kangaroos at Lucky Bay beach and take a walk to Frenchman Peak. Esperance Stonehenge is a full-sized replica of Stonehenge and is a really interesting place to visit. We drive along the Great Ocean Drive to take in Esperance’s most spectacular coastline, tranquil bays, soaring cliffs and sprawling views of the Recherche Archipelago. We stop at a number of great lookouts where you can take photos and enjoy the view.
